工作原理
封好底（扣底）极板人工放在不锈钢网带上面，自动输送经过牛筋棍后通过上下毛刷，自动刷片毛刷相对旋转，板子经过后无死角全部清理表面铅粉，扬起的粉尘由除尘管道吸走，后可以利用，除尘一系统由脉冲、布袋、风机、管道为一体放在主机正后方，收尘系统由 PLC控制，共为六个脉冲除尘，每个脉冲反应时间，脉冲故障，主机故障均在触摸屏上反应，风机为5KW板栅经过毛刷以后，后面有一排0.7孔气吹一下，保证了极板表面无铅尘，再由输送带送出机身后由一人整理（一人放片，一人收片）工作效率高。

There are six pulse dust removal systems in total. The response time of each pulse, pulse failure, and host failure are all reflected on the touch screen. Lead-free dust, and then sent out of the body by the conveyor belt, one person arranges it. (One person puts the film, one person receives the film) High working efficiency.
